Brooke Brimm, the founder of the VSF community, is a multi-faceted individual who brings together her experience as an author, yogi, and minister of Mind, Body, & Spirit to promote the idea that eating more plants can be a way to connect with the inner spirit. As a minister, Brooke believes that nourishing the body with healthy, plant-based foods can have a positive impact on the mind and spirit. Through her work with VSF, she hopes to share this message with others and inspire them to make choices that support both their physical and spiritual well-being.

The Vegan Soul Foodie (VSF) brand aims to support those who are interested in incorporating vegan soul food into their diet and cooking.
Our goal is to provide a welcoming, informative, and inspiring environment for people to explore and appreciate vegan food. We encourage our followers to try and enjoy more vegan dishes, but we are not concerned with whether they consider themselves vegans.
