The Founder of this community, Brooke Brimm, an author, yogi, and minister of Mind, Body, & Spirit believes that eating more plants is a means of connecting to the Spirit within.

The brand is transition-friendly, encouraging, educational, and inspirational for those interested in eating and cooking vegan soul food.  We are not interested in whether our followers are 100% plant-based or if they classify themselves as Vegan.
