Brooke, did an amazing vegan grocery shopping and cooking class for me and my family. We are all still raving over the vegan fried chicken! It was such a fun and educational experience. 10/10!
Thank you so much for making fun family memories. Your recipes are delicious.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Brooke to learn how to incorporate 30 plants a week in my diet. My experience was GREAT!!! Her expertise in health and wellness as well as nutrition, equipped me with the knowledge and skills I needed in my quest for optimal health and wellness.
I highly recommend consulting with Brooke to improve your overall health

I worked with Brooke in September 2017, when she facilitated a workshop on meditation during an all-day conference at Hillside International Truth Center that I chaired. Communication with Brooke leading up to the event was a pleasure, she was very flexible and understanding as details about the day changed, and she arrived on time and ready to share her gift. Her workshop was one of the most popular and attendees expressed their appreciation of it to me throughout the day.
